Privacy policy
Scope
This policy covers postalyzer.com and the Postalyzer application at app.postalyzer.com. Postalyzer is operated by SocialTrend.ai.
What we collect
Your email address and name when you sign up. For each account you connect: the account ID, handle, display name and follower count; follower age, gender and city where Meta provides them; and for each post in the last 90 days its caption, hashtags, a small preview image and the metrics listed below. Ordinary server logs.
OAuth scopes and how each is handled
Every scope Postalyzer requests is read-only. The table lists each one, the data it returns, and how long we keep it. This matches the scopes table on our security page.

How we use it
Only to produce your report. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train models, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with SocialTrend's production team unless you send them your report yourself.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no non-essential cookie before you accept, and the banner defaults to declining. The application sets a strictly necessary session cookie.
Retention and deletion
Post data is kept while the account is connected. When you disconnect an account you can choose to delete its data at the same time. Deleting your Postalyzer account removes everything from primary storage within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion, self-serve in the application or by writing to privacy@postalyzer.com. We respond within 30 days.
