Terms of use
The agreement
These terms govern your use of Postalyzer, a product of SocialTrend.ai, at postalyzer.com and app.postalyzer.com. By connecting an account you accept them.
Free means free
Postalyzer is currently provided without charge, with no trial period and no card on file. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you by email at least 90 days before any charge applies to you, and you can delete your account at any time before then.
Accounts you connect
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for sharing report links only with people you intend to see them.
What the report is
The report describes the past performance of your own posts. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of results, or professional advice.
Availability
We aim to keep Postalyzer available but do not commit to an uptime figure. A platform may change or withdraw its API, which can change what Postalyzer is able to read.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Postalyzer is provided as is and our liability is limited to US$100.
Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
SocialTrend services
SocialTrend.ai production services are separate, optional, and governed by their own agreement. Using Postalyzer creates no obligation to buy them.
